Janet Patry

Hi There! My name is Janet Patry and I am a Wellness Practitioner, certified in a variety of modalities that can help you find clarity, balance, and joyful direction in your life.   I am a Body Talk Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Access Bars Practitioner  but I think my experience as a Life Coach and Emotional Intelligence Instructor is what makes my approach to holistic wellness refreshing and relatable.  Driven by my belief that every person is uniquely gifted and has their own life purpose, I am committed to supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in finding clarity, balance, and direction to reach their potential.

 

My passion for helping people overcome health issues and any mental or emotional blocks that are preventing them from reaching their full potential is what led me to energy work. I have personally transformed my own life using the same techniques and wellness practices that I will use to support you. BodyTalk is an integrative holistic therapy that utilizes the body’s own innate intelligence to restore communication, harmony, and synchronization of the energy networks of the body and the surrounding environment to optimize overall wellness. My background in emotional intelligence fit perfectly into this next level of body, mind, and spirit awareness. As a BodyTalk practitioner, I work with a wide range of clients suffering from a variety of health issues including anxiety and depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic fatigue, cancer, infertility, allergies, digestive issues, and so much more.

 

I find that all energy work (be it BodyTalk, Access Bars, Reiki, etc.) has profound ripple effects extending outward from the individual. In my own life and in the lives of my clients I continually see that when an individual heals him/herself, it produces positive and profound changes in the lives of the people they interact with most. Balanced energies within the body also improves how a person relates to others and the environment around them. My ambition is to use these modalities to transform groups including sports teams, families, organizations, and communities. 

 

For the last decade, I have been promoting personal and family education and empowerment as the founder and Executive Director of Right 2 Thrive, (R2T) a non-profit organization in Nairobi, Kenya. Overflow Wellness was born out of necessity from my experience with Right 2 Thrive where we consistently work with children, families, and communities who are striving to overcome trauma and illness so they can lift themselves out of poverty and live happy and healthy lives. I was constantly exploring wellness modalities to help them and once I discovered BodyTalk and saw it's instant and truly miraculous results, I just had to learn how to do it myself. Overflow Wellness embodies all that I know and care about and utilizes my years of experience working with people in difficult and seemingly insurmountable circumstances. I am 100% certain your life will never be the same (in every good way possible) once you give energy medicine a chance to work for you.
